Registered Massage Therapy

Massage therapy involves manipulation of the body's tissues by a trained massage professional. Massage therapists use different degrees of pressure and manipulation to affect tissues such as muscle, connective tissue, tendons, ligaments and skin.

Massage therapy has steadily become more popular in recent years, as growing evidence continues to show its effectiveness treating many conditions. It is beneficial as a primary treatment, and is also frequently used in conjunction with other standard treatments.
