Ultrasound

Using a special crystal in the ultrasound apparatus, ultrasound treatments deliver high intensity ultrasound waves deep into the tissue to improve blood flow and accelerate healing. If an acupuncturist chooses to use ultrasound, they will apply a conducting gel to the injured site and move the ultrasound apparatus over the tissue in constant circular patterns.
